DOB, ECB or DOT sidewalk violation? We do the corrective work to code with the right permits, then handle the filing until the City closes it.
If a sidewalk violation isn't fixed within 75 days, NYC DOT can do the repair itself and bill the owner. Many non-hazardous DOB violations can be cured before the hearing, which waives the penalty.

Are you licensed and insured in New York City?
Yes. We are an NYC (DCWP) licensed home improvement contractor, fully insured, and carry Labor Law insurance. We send proof of insurance before any job starts.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We inspect the property, take measurements and send a written, line-item estimate at no cost and with no obligation.
Can you remove a DOB, ECB or sidewalk violation?
Yes. We review the notice, do the corrective work to code with the required permits, and handle the filing until the violation is dismissed.
