What we collect

When you request an estimate, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email (optional), property ZIP code, the service and borough you choose, your preferred start time, and any photos or documents you attach. We also record which page of this site you sent the form from, any campaign tags in the page address (such as utm_source), and your browser type, so we know how people find us.

When you leave a review, we collect your rating, name, borough, service, review text, any photos you attach, and your confirmation that you are a client.

How we use it

We use estimate requests only to contact you about your job, prepare your estimate and do the work. We use reviews to publish them on this site after a spam check, with the name you provided. We do not sell your information.

Who else sees it

Your information passes through the service providers we use to run this website and deliver form messages to our team, namely our website host (Vercel) and Google, whose Sheets and Gmail services store your request and alert our team. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

Our service-area pages show an embedded Google Map. When that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and warranty obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to remove a review you left, by emailing info@homedevelopersny.com or calling 718-312-9350.
