The problem
The brick on this large Staten Island home, including the chimney, needed repointing, and the owner wanted new steps and a garden wall along the walkway.
What we did
- Ground out and repointed the brick walls and chimney
- Built a concrete block base for a new garden wall
- Faced the garden wall in stone and topped it with caps
- Set new granite steps
The result
Freshly pointed brick, new granite steps and a stone garden wall along the walkway.
