The flat roof on this Queens apartment building, managed by a property management company, was patched and worn, and water was pooling around the vents.
What we did
- Built a wood frame in the low area
- Covered the framing with new plywood decking
- Rolled out new roofing membrane over the repaired areas
- Sealed around vents and edges
- Finished the roof with a silver reflective coating

A repaired roof with new decking and membrane, finished in a silver coating that reflects the sun.
