The problem
A long concrete-block wall on this Queens property, managed by a property management company, was stained and weathered and needed protection from water.
What we did
- Put up scaffolding along the wall
- Fastened wire mesh to the wall to hold the stucco
- Applied a cement base coat over the mesh
- Finished the wall in a smooth cement stucco
The result
The whole wall and its end wall finished in an even tan stucco, with the walkway and planting left clean.
