Paver driveways, walkways & patios in Staten Island
New paver or concrete driveways, front walks, backyard patios and tired pavers brought back to life. Built on a proper base so they stay level through Staten Island winters.
- Excavation and compacted base included
- Pavers, concrete or Jerusalem stone
- Drainage planned before we build

Built for Staten Island driveways
Most Staten Island homes have their own driveway, front walk and backyard, which is why so much of our work there is outside. The part you can't see matters most: we dig out the old surface, lay and compact a gravel base, set the edges, and pitch everything so water runs away from the house.
Already have pavers that look tired? Often they don't need replacing. We power-wash them, re-level sunken areas, refill the joints with fresh sand and can seal the surface. If the job touches the public sidewalk or needs a new curb cut, City permits apply, and we tell you exactly what's needed at the inspection.
What's included
If the public sidewalk in front of your driveway is cracked or uneven, it's usually cheaper to fix it in the same visit. Sidewalk work needs a DOT permit, which we file for you.

Pavers or concrete for a Staten Island driveway?
Both work. Pavers cost more up front but sections can be lifted and reset if the ground settles. Concrete is a single slab that's cheaper to install. We'll show you both at the visit.
Can you restore my old pavers instead of replacing them?
Often, yes. We power-wash, re-level sunken areas and refill the joints with fresh sand. On one Staten Island job we did exactly that to a driveway and walkways.
Do I need a permit for a new driveway?
Work on your own property usually doesn't need a permit, but a new curb cut or any work on the public sidewalk does. We check this at the free visit and handle the permits.
How long does a paver driveway take?
It depends on the size and how much old material comes out. Your written quote includes the schedule before any work starts.
Do you also build patios and walkways?
Yes. Backyard patios, front walks, side paths and steps, in pavers, concrete or Jerusalem stone.
