It depends on exposure and the original mortar. We inspect the joints and tell you whether you need spot repairs or a full repoint.
Do you do facade repairs for a FISP report?
Yes. We do the masonry repairs listed in the engineer's facade inspection report, with scaffolding or a sidewalk shed when the job needs one.
